D.N.A. Analysis, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damages caused by any of the following: by it
being provided false or misleading information by others; by the negligent act or default of the person in obtaining the samples; by the loss of the sample in delivery or shipment; by the containment of the
samples. However, it is agreed by the parties that any damages caused by a breech of the contract would be difficult to determine and highly speculative. Therefore, it is hereby agreed that D.N.A.
Analysis, Inc. shall not pay over $500.00 as liquidated damages caused by any person or means.
